Refund policy

Returns Are Accepted Only If:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• You notify us within  5 days of delivery with clear photo/video proof.

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.

Refunds Will Be Issued If:

• The return request is verified and approved.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.

Important Notes:

• Returns are not accepted for minor changes in packaging, color, or fragrance.

• We do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
